by fax or letter, under the terms prescribed by Translations21.

Translations21 reserves the right to refuse provision of any given service.

The client agrees that Translations21 bears no responsibility for
any violation resulting from the translation of documents presented to the agency,
including any violation of copyright, intellectual property or other property rights.
If Translations21 is sued by third parties with regard to the above, the client guarantees
that they will lend their full cooperation in defense of the agency and provide compensation
for any expenses incurred.
5. Translations21
uses all the resources at their disposal to provide accurate translations and information.
Translations21 guarantees the quality of their translations and assumes responsibility
for correcting any errors therein. The
agency does not assume any other responsibility for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
